Terrible Moments in Taglining
"For years the wooded mountains have been the setting for many myths, horror and ghost stories told one generation to the next on camping trips. Only, what no one ever thought to consider was, what if there was someone in those woods worse than myth imaginable?"
Firstly, that's a tag-paragraph. Secondly, it's badly written. I won't bother with the technicalities, the copy speaks for itself. "Worse than myth imaginable"?
Check this out: "What if those campfire ghost stories were true?"

So any idea if the movie itself is any good?
How about just "Don't go in the woods." ?
Or to keep with the MYTH IMAGINABLE...
"The legends were myth informed." ?
Or how about "Check out the knife holding thing." ?
Chris, I've yet to sit down to this one. I kinda don't want to.
Kev, based on that last tagline alone, you might have future in movie poster copywriting.
How about "This is the weekend you should have played golf" .....crap...they already used that for "Deliverance".....Maybe "Stay out of these fucking woods no matter how many Scooby snacks Thelma offers you!"
Jinkies!
ZOINKS!
